1. BILANGUAL SIGNS ARE MISSING IN CLUJ-NAPOCA. ALTHOUGH  BOTH  CITIES ARE THE  CAPITAL CITIES OF AN OFFICIAL    REGIONAL LANGUAGE.

4 IN LEEUWARDEN THE ETHNIC BULLYING OF FRISIANS BELONGS TO THE PAST.

2. IN THE NETHERLANDS FRISIANS CAN FREELY USE THE FRISIAN FLAG IN LJOUWERT, IN CLUJ-NAPOCA THIS IS STILL A SENSIBLE THING AFTER YEARS OF FUNAR CHAUVINISM !

HUNGARIAN LANGUAGES IS BANNED  FROM PUBLIC ADMINISTARTION

3. IN FRISIA, THE USAGE OF THE FRISIAN LANGUAGES IS ENCOURAGED.

IN CLUJ-NAPOCA  NO EXCUSES HAVE BEEN MADE BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR BANNING THE PUBLIC USE OF HUNGARIAN !

LEEUWARDEN 1951, OPPRESSION OF FRISIANS  LANGUAGE RIGHTS

CLUJ-NAPOCA  2011, OPPRESSION OF HUNGARIAN  LANGUAGE RIGHTS .

1.Bilanguale signs are missing although required by law.

2.Free use of national symbols, Frisians are free and don’t live in fear.

3.Use of regional languages should be encouraged instead of being denied.

4.Ethnic bullying belongs to the past in Ljouwert, In Cluj-Napoca this is still present

5.Frisian identity is accepted and undisguised.

6.No forced assimilation or social pressure to become Romanian.

7. Schengen or  Chauvinsm

7. ROMANIA WANTS TO JOIN SCHENGEN, THE NETHERLANDS DOESN’T WANT ROMANIA TO JOIN.

OBVIOUSLY THE DUTCH  VETO FOR ROMANIA IS NOT BASED ON THE SIX POINTS ABOVE, BUT ON  THE FACT THAT THE ROMANIAN LEGAL SYSTEM IS NOT TRANSPARANT AND CORRUPTION IS PARAMOUNT.  HOWEVER THE  FRISIAN EXAMPLE CLEARLY PROVES  THAT ROMANIA’S PERCEPTION AND RESPECTATION OF EUROPEAN , NATIONAL AND BILATERAL LAWS AND EUROPEAN VALUES DIFFERS FUNDAMENTALY FROM DUTCH LEGAL PRACTICE.

ROMANIA AND THE NETHERLANDS BOTH RATIFIED THE FRAMEWORK CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF NATIONAL MINORITIES AND THE EUROPEAN CHARTA OF REGIONAL LANGUAGES, BESIDES  THIS THE USAGE OF THE REGIONAL LANGUAGE IS ALSO REGULATED BY  NATIONAL  LAW AMONGST OTHERS (ROMANIA: 215/2001, H.G 1206/ 2001),  ( NETHERLANDS GEBRUIK FRIESE TAAL IN HET RECHTSVERKEER. ). ACCORDING TO THE TREATY BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF HUNGARY AND ROMANIA ON UNDERSTANDING, COOPERATION AND GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ; NATIONAL LAW 215/2001, GOVERNMENTAL DECREE 1206/2001, THE DECISION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CLUJ-NAPOCA. THE USAGE OF THE REGIONAL LANGUAGE IN PUBLIC ADMINISTARTION IS COMPULSORY IN CLUJ-NAPOCA.
